The prices were competitive, the service was excellent and Kyle definitely knew his stuff! He was not pushy and did a great job! We walked into the dealership with 3 units in mind; Kyle explained pros/cons of the models we were originally interested in. After he listened to our needs he said he had a unit that he felt would better facilitate our family. He was right and we are grateful for his knowledge and expertise! We worked with Kyle over the past several months to secure the camper of our dreams. Kyle patiently accepted, and returned, multiple phone calls during our search, making sure our needs were being met. During each interaction, Kyle was friendly, personable, upfront with information, professional, and sincere in helping us. We were already owners of a Forest River Flagstaff, which is set up at the lake; however, with 99% of our travels being just the two of us, we wanted a smaller camper for traveling the United States. Throughout the entire process, Kyle never tried to persuade us into purchasing a larger camper with a higher price tag. He simply listened to what we wanted in a smaller camper, and helped us secure it. If, for any reason, we find ourseves in the market for a new camper, Kyle will be the first person we reach out to. It was a blessing to work with someone who displayed Christian values and integrity!
