  I bought all of our windows for our new house from Texan Windows. From the beginning of the process Elena was extremely helpful, informative, and not to mention patient. I had many questions and she helped me understand the ins and outs of windows. The installation crew was also great. We have a metal barn, which is not their typical install and it posed a few issues compared to a stick frame house. However they were able to install the windows and they look great! There was a small issue, a window was installed in the wrong place, but they came and fixed it quickly with no hassle at all. Months later one of our windows broke (completely my own fault). Elena helped make the replacement process as painless as possible. Texan Windows has extremely competitive prices and second to none customer service. I could not recommend them more and will continue to use them for any future window needs.

  A few months ago a spring fell out of my kitchen window and I had no idea how to repair it. This past Saturday I went to our local Facebook page and ask the community who could help. The owner, Eric, of Texan Windows replied ask me a few questions, i provided what information i could and said he'll look to see what he can do. Monday, I get an email from Julie co-owner of Texan Windows asking me some follow-up information so I called her, gave her what I could and she then said something you never hear any more.. Let me send our service manager Jarred out to take a look and I bet he can repair this in a short period of time. I asked her what this would cost and she replied nothing it will cost you nothing just please keep us in mind the next time you have any window needs. You're Damn right I will, to have a local company come out, fix my problem in a few minutes and not cgarge me anything, not even a service charge.. I will definitely use them in the future. They were quick to respond, very courteous, professional and did the job right. HIGHLY RECOMMEND YOU GIVE TEXAN WINDOWS A CALL NEXT TIME YOU NEED ANYTHING WINDOW RELATED DONE.
