  Overall, a really nice hotel. I’ve stayed in Naples several times and this was the first time at this beautiful hotel. Overall, I thought the rooms were very nice. Definitely very clean, 10/10 for cleanliness! I had a minor issue with my shower, but that was fixed immediately upon my request. Jeff at the bar was outstanding and Debra at the front desk was awesome as well. I’ll be back here again soon! Excellent service, very clean rooms and outstanding location! Definitely recommend!!

  Been here many times and it's great. Has shuttle service every hour to Vanderbilt beach and they provide beech chairs and umbrellas.

  I would like to point out how nice and friendly your EVENING Shuttle driver Christian was. He always wore a smile and offered some positive vibes. Overall he has an AMAZING ATTITUDE toward his work and is a great ambassador for your property. I also had wonderful interactions with your front desk staff including Bernadette who I spoke with over the phone. She was pleasant and very helpful. I didn’t get the name of your early morning person but she offered me a umbrella when it was pouring rain and a bottle of water upon my departure. I hope you’ll recognize these staff members for being such wonderful team members. I will stay again and recommend this property.

  Absolutely underrated gem in Naples. All staff were kind and prompt with attention to questions. Pool was well maintained, gym is small but efficient, shuttle was prompt. The facilities were clean and the double full bed rooms were spacious. No noise from other rooms or outside disturbances. Highly recommend and would stay here again.
